Title: Senior Community Support Coordinator
Wage: $14.63 - $15.66 per hour, commensurate with experience & education
Work Location: Greater Hartford and Greater Enfield, CT area
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible including some weekends/evenings
Type of Program: Supported Living
Employee Profile:
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both oral and written; Ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs; Ability to teach individuals daily living skills; Must possess supervision skills with knowledge and respect for diverse population. Bachelor’s degree with one year experience in supported living service or Associate’s plus three years related experience with one year of supervision or management experience required. Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to transport program participants in own and/or agency vehicle. Desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in someone’s life a must. Bilingual/Bicultural experience is an asset.
