Title:                    Director of Quality Systems for Massachusetts Programs
Salary:                   $40,805 - $42,805 commensurate with experience & education
Work Location:   Northampton, MA with travel throughout  Massachusetts
Hours:                 37.5 hours per week, flexible including some weekends/evenings

Employee Profile:
The Director of Quality Systems works in cooperation with Vice Presidents on the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of all Massachusetts programs.  S/he assists all areas in realizing their goal of continuous quality improvement in the support provided to program participants.  The Director manages all aspects of CE’s statewide Purchase of Service system/contracting with diverse funding sources. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and have demonstrated writing skills.  S/he must be adept at using computer software programs and have excellent math skills.  The candidate must have the ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs. Master’s degree with a minimum of five years experience in human service field required or Bachelor’s with ten years of same.  Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to transport program participants and/or colleagues in personal vehicle. The desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in someone’s life a must.  Bilingual/bicultural experience an asset.
