Salary:                   $48,215 - $50,215 commensurate with experience & education
Work Location:   Windsor, CT
Hours:                  37.5 hours per week, flexible includes some weekends/evenings

Employee Profile:
The Director develops and manages all aspects of employment and training services at state-of-the art distribution center. The goal of the training center is to prepare people with disabilities for full time employment at the center. The Director ensures that all consumer, business, and contractual agreements and program objectives are met and ensures the operations are managed within budgetary limits. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both oral and written; supervision skills, ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs; knowledge and respect for diverse population.  Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to drive program participants in own and/or agency vehicle. Desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in someone’s life a must. Master’s degree with five years experience or Bachelor’s degree and ten years related experience with five years of management experience.  Bilingual/bicultural experience is an asset.
