Title:                    Senior Employment Coordinator/Job Developer 
Salary:                 $14.63 - $15.66 per hour commensurate with experience & education 
Work Location:    Gardner/Athol, MA
Hours:                  37.5 hours per week, flexible includes some weekends/evenings

Employee Profile:
The Senior Employment Coordinator/Job Developer is responsible for developing specific jobs for participants of the Employment and Training Program. This position includes marketing, individualized job development, job placement, job coaching, and employer education and hands-on marketing/job development training for CE staff. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both oral and written; ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs; knowledge and respect for diverse population.  Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to transport program participants in own and/or agency vehicle. Desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in someone’s life a must. Bachelor’s degree with one year experience or Associate’s degree with three years related experience may be substituted.  One year of management or supervisory experience desired. Bilingual/bicultural experience is an asset.
