Salary:                   $44,032 - $46,032 commensurate with experience & education
Work Location:   Hampden and Hampshire Counties
Hours:                  37.5 hours per week, flexible includes some weekends/evenings

Employee Profile:
The Director is responsible for the effective management of all aspects of the Employment and Training services for existing and expanding program offices.  S/he ensures that all consumer, business, and contractual agreements and program objectives are met and ensures the operations are managed within budgetary limits. The Director implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both oral and written; supervision skills, ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs; knowledge and respect for diverse population.  Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to drive program participants in own and/or agency vehicle. Master’s degree with five years experience or Bachelor’s degree and ten years related experience with five years of management experience.  Bilingual/bicultural experience is an asset.
