Title: Community Support Coordinator
Rate of Pay: $14.50 per hour
Work Location: Greater Hartford, CT
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm in Manchester
Every other Saturday, 10am-4pm in Bloomfield
Type of Program: Supported Living
Employee Profile:
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both oral and written; Ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs; Ability to teach individuals daily living skills; Knowledge and respect for diverse population. Associate’s degree plus one year experience or High School diploma plus three years related experience and/or training. Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to transport program participants in personal vehicle. Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet programmatic needs. Desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in someone’s life a must. Bilingual/bicultural experience is an asset.
