Salary:                  $18.25 per hour

Hours:                  37.5 hours per week
M-F with some evening and weekend hours required

Employee Profile:
The Program Supervisor is responsible for the development and effective operation of community residence.  The Program Supervisor coordinates case management for consumers, providing direct care services and support as necessary.  S/he assumes distinct administrative and/or leadership role for a specific service or contract. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both oral and written; supervision skills, ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs; knowledge and respect for diverse population.  Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to drive program participants in own and/or agency vehicle. Desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in someone’s life a must. Master’s degree with three years experience with professional license (LICSW or LMHC) according to the CBFS model required. Bilingual/bicultural experience is an asset.
