Title: Vice President Administration and Finance/CFO
Salary: $87,263 - $93,113

Employee Profile:
The Vice President of Administration & Finance/Chief Financial Officer of the organization is responsible for the planning, development, quality, and maintenance of corporate administration and accounting systems to ensure the organization’s ability to meet its financial obligations and to serve its clients. S/he maintains full management control under the President for all aspects of the accounting and controlling functions of the corporation. As a member of the Senior Management team, the CFO ensures communication and consistency in operating in accordance with CEI’s mission, values, policies, and procedures. Lead the organization’s information technology systems in managing finance and accounting needs. A minimum of a MBA with CPA and/or JD a plus with at least five years experience as CFO or senior manager, preferably in a nonprofit organization with a budget of at least $10 million. Experience with federal and state contracting systems with deep knowledge and understanding of Medicaid reimbursement systems required. Significant experience of nonprofit accounting including fund and grant accounting, compliance, and reporting with excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills demanded. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written, supervision skills with demonstrated leadership ability, and team management. Bilingual/bicultural experience is an asset.
