Title:                  Per diem Community Support Coordinator (3 positions)
Wage:                  $15.95 per hour
Work Location:  Greater Hartford/Tolland, CT
Hours:                9 – 20 hours per week; On-call with no regular schedule
                           Weekday day/early evening flexible to meet consumer needs
                           Weekends afternoon/evening; flexible to meet consumer needs

Type of Program: Supported Living

Employee Profile:
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both oral and written; Ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs; Ability to teach individuals daily living skills; Knowledge and respect for diverse population.  Associate’s degree plus one year experience or High School diploma plus three years related experience and/or training. Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to transport program participants in personal vehicle.  Desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in someone’s life a must.  Bilingual/bicultural experience is an asset.

Position is considered per diem and has no employee benefits.
