Title: Temporary Supported Living Coordinator
Wage: $17.00 per hour
Work Location: Springfield, MA
Hours: 25 - 37.5 hours per week, flexible including some weekends/evenings

Employee Profile:
The Supported Living Coordinator provides direct outreach services to adult program participants living in the community. S/he is responsible for the assessment of possible program participants as well as the ongoing recruitment, orientation, and development of shared living caregivers. The ideal candidate must possess organizational and creative abilities; ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs; knowledge of community agency systems; broad range of interpersonal skills to work with program participants, community households, and other professionals; group and individual counseling skills; and committed to the concept of the least restrictive alternative services. Master’s degree in human service field and three years related experience or Bachelor’s degree with five years related experience. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to transport program participants in personal vehicle. The desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in someone’s life a must. Fluency in Spanish is desired. Bilingual/bicultural experience an asset.
Schedule may vary based on programmatic need and employee receives no benefits.
