Becoming a Client

Each of our programs has unique eligibility requirements. Some require a referral from a participating funding source. To determine if you are eligible to receive our services and to begin the application process:

  1. Identify the program in which you are interested: Community Employment, Community Living or Community Education*
  2. Identify the nearest office which offers that service under our Service Locations page
  3. Contact the director of that office and say you wish to learn about becoming a client. They will help you determine if you are eligible for service and guide you through the process.
