Services that assist students in the process of school to adult living,
bringing all relevant people together to produce a plan with outcomes that
are satisfactory for the student and their family. These outcomes must meet
the career and community living needs for that person for an independent
life. Services are provided in an individualized program that is funded
through the school district and at the request of parents and students.
