 The Log Cabin’s recipe for success. Owners Peter
Rosskothen,Larry Perreault, and Michael Corduff re-opened the
landmark Log Cabin Meeting and Banquet House in February of
1997 toaccommodate full-service business meetings, group
functions and wedding receptions. The Log Cabin's phenomenal success is attributable to on-site proprietorship with an uncompromising commitment to excellence and a superb staff, dedicated to making each guest’s visit an ultimate experience.
 A Holyoke office program participant, Edward “Eddie” Rivera was CE’s first consumer to receive Supported Employment Services from a placement at the Log Cabin. Eddie’s excellent work played a large part in opening the door for at least nine other individuals to be hired by The Log Cabin. His strong work ethic and interest in learning more about the food industry has been rewarded with raises and promotional opportunities. Eddie views the Log Cabin as “his home away from home” and was honored to attend the award ceremony in Boston.
